Withdraw from your contract

Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers). If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form below before the withdrawal period expires. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the deadline. Once we receive your withdrawal, we will email you a dated acknowledgement and instructions for returning the goods. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.
